Service and return resolution

The lamp I received was not exactly as shown in the photo. The seller therefore offered me several solutions and eventually gave me a full refund. The lamp was beautiful, but it did not suit our needs. The seller was incredibly kind, understanding, and honest. I highly recommend them.

Very high-quality lampshade and excellent value for money. Delivery within a reasonable timeframe given the distance. Impeccable packaging. Otherwise, it is just as beautiful as in the photo.

Your questions

How are the lights made?

Our brass lights are handcrafted in Marrakech. Slight variations are part of the character of an artisan piece.

How do quantity savings work?

One piece: the listed price of your chosen creation. From 2 pieces, save 8%; from 3, 12%; from 6, 15%. All products in your cart count, including different designs. The best tier applies automatically without a code. Tiers do not combine with one another or with other discounts.

Can I choose a size or finish?

Choose from the available variants on the product page. Contact us before ordering for a custom size or coordinated project.

What are production and delivery times?

The stated production time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping takes additional time depending on your destination. Contact us to confirm your project schedule before ordering.

How should I prepare for installation?

These lights are intended for indoor use. Have a qualified electrician check compatibility and perform installation. Turn off the power before handling.
